I’ve always wondered what the best fat burning exercise was. It seems like I have tried nearly every workout routine and nothing really gave me the results that I was expecting. 6 weeks ago I started using P90X and I am completely blown away by the results. I am still a little overweight, but I can tell a very significant difference in my appearance, stamina and muscle mass. The workouts aren’t really that crazy, either. You can do them at your own pace, as long as you keep your heart rate up and you actually push yourself and don’t give up the moment something starts to burn or become difficult. I wish I would have started using P90X a long time ago. Who knows what kind of shape I could be in today.
