My grandfather called me recently and was very upset. He is very stubborn and doesn’t like asking for any help from anyone, including family members. He was irritated and frustrated because he had a problem that he had attempted to fix and wasn’t successful in doing so. He had a leaking faucet in his bathroom, which has been leaking for several days. He tried to get down on his knees to work on it and it only caused him pain and he did not have the strength to work on it. I explained to him that I would come over that day and take a look at it. After looking at his leaking faucet, I explained to him he was in need of a new one. He went with me, and we went into different stores, including some outlets that sold plumbing materials and other items. We found a well made and very popular named faucet while we were out. He did not want to spend a lot of money so was satisfied when he found a faucet that wasn’t that expensive at an outlet store and it was not used or reconditioned. We went back to his home, and within a little over an hour, we had his old faucet removed and his new faucet installed and it did not leak and you could see the happiness on his face that it was finally fixed. I wished he would have called me sooner.

While my sister was in a hair salon one day last week, she had to wait for a while due to not making an appointment first. She has known the owner of the business for several years, so she usually can walk in and the owner fits her in without waiting a real long time. She noticed something different at the reception area, and a new employee that she had never seen before or met. She decided to walk over and meet her. While introducing herself and having conversation with her, she noticed a new computer, cash register and more sitting on a new desk the salon recently bought. She asked why the upgrade was needed. They explained that it was one of the POS systems that is a real time saver in many ways and actually allowed them to reduce the number on staff. It helps them making appointments, has a feature to print out receipts, instead of buying and writing out receipts, and much more. I started looking at system they purchased as she was showing me all that it did. She said there are several different POS systems on the market today which also comes with the software for the systems to make it easier to get started using it.

There is so many different products on the market today. I never realized the difference between equipment to buy for simple easy jobs for my home, and industrial equipment for businesses. There is such a huge difference between them. Industrial equipment is much better and stronger built than just normal less expensive equipment. For not a lot more money, you can actually spend more but you are actually saving after you use different industrial equipment. Industrial equipment lasts longer and is much better built, therefore, you are not having to replace your equipment as much, or sometimes ever.
