Every year I give my girlfriend the same type of gift of perfume. I know she loves fragrance and all but I thought that this year I would try to give her unique holiday gifts. She has a lot of jewelry so I saw this really cool sculptured jewelry tree that she can put them and display it instead of hiding them away in a jewelry box. Then I saw these really neat candle set that has a candle to represent each month of the year. They also have charms hanging from them and I know she would be blown away by this.

And in the news of cigars, I heard that a new cigar was launched and made for the Lebanese market and distributed by Habanos. The cigar is called the Cuban Ramon Allones and from what I’m hearing it has an intense taste that the Lebanese people would absolutely love. Lebanese people prefer full-bodied cigars and this is exactly what they are getting out of this product. The cigars went on sale at the duty free cigar shops in Beirut International Airport only last week and already it is creating a buzz.

Whenever I give my girlfriend gifts, I have to make them Naot shoes or else I may have to sleep in the doghouse. Thing is I really like how they look on her feet and she said that they are comfy as well. It’s made from leather so its durable and she has big feet but when she wears these shoes I don’t see it because her feet look compact. I think I may suggest that they give me a frequent buyer award or something what do you think?

My neighbor has always been a handy man that does many different kinds of jobs for many people. When he retired, he thought he would enjoy all the time relaxing. That is when he decided he needed to do things to stay somewhat busy, at his own selected time. He has always done a lot of welding, so he still continues to do so for many people. Recently, he bought a new mig welder. It is a compact mig welder where he can easily take it wherever he goes, for whatever job he is needed to do. He showed it to me and now I am thinking of buying one for myself.

I’ve been ordering things on Buy.com for about 6 months now. I can usually find a few nice items on sale every time I go to the website, which is at least a couple of times a week. I probably order from them once or twice a month at least. They always have weekly sale deals with various products such as digital cameras, camcorders, notebook computers, mp3 players, USB flash drives, video games, hard drives and more. I’ve turned a few of my friends onto the website and they’ve all placed multiple orders. My last Buy.com purchase was a few DVDs and some computer accessories. I found a couple of SD cards for a great price and couldn’t pass up the deal. I’ve actually got a few items in my cart right now that I plan to order within the next day or so. One of the items is some cheap laptop memory that I found while I was browsing through the computer peripherals. It’s only $28.28 for Crucial brand 2GB DDR2 200-pin PC2-5300 667MHz. I can’t pass that up. I also noticed that they’ve hired comedian Howdy Mandel as their new spokesman as well. That’s pretty awesome. I’ve always been a big fan of Howie.

Awhile back I needed to transfer some files from one computer to another computer, so I picked up a 4gb compact flash drive. It held plenty of files so I did not have to burn multiple CD’s to transfer the data. Now that I’ve been using a compact flash drive, I wish I would have been using one for years rather than using CD’s or DVD’s to transfer files between computers.

I usually don’t start Christmas shopping this soon, but I was walking by a western wear store the other day and they had a huge sale on equestrian riding apparel and I went in to check it out. My nephew is very into horses and the whole western lifestyle, so I try and pick him up something anytime I see it reasonably cheap. I’ve never really been into horses, but I support my nephew and love to see his eyes light up when I have him a bag and he pulls out a new shirt or pair of jeans.

I posted yesterday about doing some early Christmas shopping. Today I found some nice Votive candle holders and some nice smelling candles for my girlfriend. She really loves candles and potpouri and anything that will make our house smell nice. I also found a couple picture frames that I plan on using for a few pictures I’m having blown up of when we were first dating. It’s little thoughtful gifts like this that you really can’t buy in any store. I hope she has a wonderful Christmas!

I’ve started doing my Christmas shopping a little early this year. I have plenty of gift ideas for my girlfriend. I just ordered her a brand new paella pan and some other kitchenware. She’s not really into gadgets or electronics like I am, so I really have to pay attention when she mentions things that she wouldn’t mind having. I always get her a couple pieces of jewelry, but I also like to have plenty of other presents for her to open. I love seeing her face on Christmas morning when she realizes that I HAVE been having attention to what she says.

My young niece has a birthday coming up. One of her favorite things to play with right now is dollhouses. She just loves dolls and all of the miniature doll house furniture and that sort of thing. It’s kind of cute really. She plays house and makes pretend dinner for the doll father and family and cleans up the doll house while the other dolls are at work and at school.
