My girlfriend gave me a nice USB flash drive as an early easter present this year. She knows that I love little gadgets like this and I was pretty surprised that she actually picked out a nice 4gb one. I’ve already used it to transfer some of the files from my home computer onto my work computer and vice versa. I love this little thing.
I’m not a “bling bling” type of guy but I am definitely a lover of designer jewelry. I’m the kind of man who believes that less is more. I have invested in three pieces of designer jewelry and that is all I need right now. I just purchased a ring and chain and have intentions of getting the ID bracelet to match my chain link within the next few weeks. My girlfriend is trying to get me to get her some designer jewelr as well and I plan on getting it for her. Her demands are usually small so I can pull this one off for her.
A while back I purchased an adjustable bed for my girlfriend’s aunt. It was her 50th birthday and she has mentioned wanting an adjustable bed about 50 times to my girlfriend, so we decided to buy her one. She talks about adjustable beds all the time and how comfortable they are, but she never actually expected anyone to buy her one. She was so surprised. I’m glad we could do that for her.
Although the convenience of shopping online is unmatched, it’s the high prices on the shipping and handling that is throwing me for a loop. I was trying to get a futon for the house at an online store and come to find out that I have to pay close to two hundred dollars extra for shipping and handling. That’s crazy! I could hire a dude with a truck for much less to take me to the store to get the futon.

I tried one of those from a lesser-known company and at the end of the session, my face was white as a ghost, I too was mortified by the way I looked. I’ve been meaning to get an indoor plant as my decorating scheme for the summer. I love the way plants make a home look inviting and calm. My only thing is that when it comes to a green thumb, I don’t have one of those. A lot of plants fell from grace under my care far too many times. Even my 2-year-old has done a bad job with plants; her method of destruction is to pour juice, tea, or anything liquids she can get her hands on in the plant’s roots.
So maybe a synthetic plant may be better for us after all. I’ll check Wal-Mart and see what options they’ve got.

Oh I love me some expensive fragrances, but since I’m not going to use them while I’m at home, I decided to invest in a few from TheHouseOfFragrance.net They sell fragrance oils and I gotta tell you that I first I was very skeptical to try it. For only $1.25 you can pick up a sample of your favorite perfumes in oil format. Thinking that they were imitations, I ordered the ones that I was familiar with their smell like Contradiction for instance. When I received my oils I was blown away. It smelled like the real deal, I couldn’t believe it.I know I’ve blogged about it but I’m keeping this little fragrance secret on the downlow with my friends. They won’t know the difference.
