I’m in the middle of a few home improvement projects. One of which is replacing my kitchen sink as I previously mentioned in another post. Winter is right around the corner and coming up fast. Every morning I look out my bedroom window and it’s all fogged up. It’s just a matter of time before it stops warming up in the afternoon. I recently helped a friend of mine order some products while he was in the middle of renovating his new home. There are so many commercials on television today that talk about the obesity problem in our country. A friend of mine was obese and had been struggling most of his life with his obesity . He tried many different diets, with no success to any of them. He also struggled with the will power of watching what he was eating. My neighbor’s son was sent home from school one day. His mother called me to see if I could go to the school to get him because she was unable to take off work. There are many people out of employment right now. The economy has affected many people in many ways. It is unbelievable how hard people are having during their job search. There doesn’t seem to be many jobs available. When doing a job search on line, it appears there are many jobs available until you call them and are told it is no longer available and they have already hired someone for that position. People are getting stressed and sometimes violent, because it is affecting their marriages and home life, due to not being able to pay their bills and losing their homes. There are many ways to do a job search, including on the Internet, reading different newspapers and also going through the phone book and calling different companies. I hope the economy improves so less people will need to be doing a job search and can become employed once again.
