Every since I’ve been a kid I’ve always had blackheads very bad around my nose. No matter how much I wash my face or take showers, nothing gets rid of the blackheads. I wish I could find a blackhead treatment that actually works as advertised. I can’t stand blackheads. I end up with them all over my nose and on my cheeks right around my nose at times. I need to ask my doctor if he can recommend anything.

My son recently got hurt on one of the swing sets at his daycare. He was swinging and the chain broke, which caused him to fall to the ground. I reported it to the state we live in and they did an investigation and went to the daycare to check the complete playground out. I also had medical insurance I turned it into as well, to pay for all medical expenses. They needed a copy of the report from the state, too. The findings on the state’s report concluded that all the swing sets at the daycare center needed to be replaced. They were not up to the states code and were rusted in many places and falling apart. After all the swing sets were replaced, we never had any further problems.

I went to the store to buy myself a new high definition television. When I got home and opened everything up that was included in the box, the HDMI cables were not included. I was not aware of this when I bought the television, so I had to make an extra trip back to the store to buy some. The price for the HDMI cables were much more expensive than I thought they would be. For the high price of the television, I think they should include them with it.

I’m really starting to think that the internet hates me. It seems like anytime I try and do something I either cant get it to work properly or it just doesn’t work at all. I don’t know if it’s my computer or what, but it’s getting pretty irritating and annoying when every time I try and do something online it just doesn’t work like it should.

A while back I was going through some of the papers that I had stashed away in one of my filing cabinets and I came across the papers for my car insurance policy. I forgot how bad the terms and everything were on my car insurance. I’ve had the same car insurance for the past 9 years and I’ve paid the exact same ammount the entire time. It really seems like they should be giving me some sort of significant discount by now. I’m paying about three hundred bucks every 6 months just for liability. I don’t know anyone under the age of about 17 paying that much for liability car insurance. For that price I should be getting full coverage with a very low to moderate deductible. I haven’t had a whole heck of a lot of experience with car insurance, but I know all of our friends have cheap car insurance with the same kind of coverage that I’ve got. I’m going to give them a call tomorrow to see what’s going on. I’m going to switch insurance companies for sure if they cant offer me any kind of better terms for my car insurance. This is pretty ridiculous. I’m glad I came across the papers.

This has been a really odd winter around here. About five or six days a week it is super cold. 1 or 2 days a week it gets up to almost 60 degrees, followed by a couple days of either rain or snow. I’ve never really experienced weather patterns quite like this before. I’ll just be glad when winter is completely over.

I never liked Jordin Sparks for the winner of American Idol series last year and now I know why. As I’ve heard a little kid say on one of those kiddie shows recently “she stinks on ice!”. Have you heard her latest CD and the first release in particular? I think the first track is called “Tattoo - Under My Skin” and that song is in a hot mess. Jordin’s musical career will go down the drain like Taylor Hicks from the season before hers.

It’s amazing how people can live in a building and not be conscious or aware as to what is going on around them. It seems like everytime something goes wrong in our apartment building, I’m the one seeing it and I’m the one calling the landlords. The last time it was the fire on the second floor. Last Sunday it was the dude who slept on the floor at the apartment’s entrance. I immediately called the landlord and they took care of the problem. Apparently the guy was a drunken fool who lived in the building. Nevertheless, why am I the only one making these calls? And don’t you think that the landlords should cut my rent down just for looking out for them? Come on, they can afford to do that for me. No one has to know.

Okay, I give in, I’m going to invest in a laptop next week. Not a new one but it beats a zero and the one I’m working on. Quite recently the old computer has been doing strange things to me like shutting down, freezing up, the works. Then when it started changing colors on the screen bleeding one minute, and then really dark the next I decided that enough was enough. When I first bought the PC I was told that it was five years old. It was in good condition though and worked really well for an older model. Oh well, on to the next best thing…

I’m sitting here thanking my lucky stars that I did not accept or complete work for a freelance writing client. I remember excitedly telling my husband about the project and how much money I could make from it. But that night when I sat down to write, not only did the thoughts not come but I also had a massive headache. I took it as a sign and got to bed early that night. Come to find out that the company was a scam and they never paid their writers. Things are so bad with this company that they are being sued by a few writers who they hired. God is so good to me on that. I couldn’t imagine having to go through waiting for money like that. And they pay $50.00 per article. Unbelievable.
